Goals

• Users are quickly reviewing the timeline to understand their team’s history with a contact. Perhaps they want to see who spoke with the customer last, and what it was about.

• Design: The color, layout, and flair should reflect and expand the Nutshell brand while prioritizing scannability and readability. You’ll notice that the timeline appears on a web app contact profile and their mobile apps.
