We've got features like Support Villages built right in, so users can tap into support and guidance whenever they need it. These villages are private, secure zones where users can interact with 10-25 peers who've been through similar challenges.
And when it comes to visuals, we've used illustrations and images of people helping each other to give users that warm, community feeling. It's like a friendly hand on their back, helping them every step of the way.
