El Draque Mojito Bar

Brand identity proposal for a lobby bar at an oceanfront resort in Medano Bay, Cabo San Lucas. The custom logo mark features a masculine pirate aesthetic. I also developed an in-depth backstory for the bar's identity:

In the late 1500s in Havana waters, Sir Francis Drake, also referred to as “El Draque” or “the dragon,” sought a cure for his ailing crew and offered them a combination of rum, sugar cane, lime and mint leaves. The elixir saved his crew and became a cocktail known as “El Draque,” now the modern-day mojito. This space offers a menu highlighting signature craft mojitos and a full bar. The laid-back atmosphere is perfect for afternoon happy hours, after-dinner drinks or an easygoing evening.
