Try Before You Buy (TBYB) is a new product from a fashion tech company Pixibo, It's a service to help shoppers try products from online retailers in the comfort of their home without paying for the products upfront.

The complete service comprises a TBYB widget, seamlessly integrated into the retailer's website as a purchase option, along with Email confirmations sent to both shoppers and retailers. Additionally, there is a "Track My Order" page available to shoppers, enabling them to monitor, make payments for, and facilitate returns of their purchased items.

There're many types of emails sent depending on the order stages, each with all the relevant information.‍

1. Order confirmation is sent to both customer and retailer

2. Try on reminder is sent to the customer

3. Order Invoice is sent to both customer and retailer

Track My Order page

The objective of the Track My Order page is to provide customers with a simple way to monitor the progress of their items during the delivery process, also enables them to make decisions about whether to keep or return the items and proceed with payment for the items they choose to keep.
