Maderizzo - vino ossidato

Vino maderizzato, or Madeirised wine. In the context of a conventional wine, the term is used negatively for an overaged wine but this concept emphasizes it's values. Who would resist sherry, caramel or nut tones? And you know how they say - Aging like fine wine ;)
