Ceramic Store is a platform where alternative ceramic products are exhibited and offered for sale. This platform has an interface where everyone who produces in the Ceramic Store can put their products on sale. The story of this app belongs to the ceramics course I attended in 2022. I had a ceramics course that I went to by the beach in Izmir, and I would go there in the morning on Saturdays and spend hours. While I was there, I tried not only to take shaping and painting as a course, but also to assimilate all forms of the material called ceramics. Kneading, melting the designs I didn't like and turning them back into mud, polishing, drying, examining their appearance in the kiln, painting, the ceramic changed its form at each step and revealed its renewability feature in every form. In fact, what I wanted to emphasize most in this project was the RENEWABILITY feature of ceramics. I designed this project as a mobile app that my course teacher needed to sell the products he produced to his students and sometimes his own products.

UI Design

The Story of Green; The biodegradability of ceramic products continues faster than plastic, rubber, marble, and even glass. I wanted to reveal this nature-friendly concept in this app, which is not highlighted enough in ceramic products. Abstracted from brown and associated with green work, ceramics is at a very environmentally friendly point, not only because it dissolves in nature, but also because of the amount of chemicals it consumes.

Wireframe

In the wireframe design, I specifically wanted to use layers placed on top of each other because the visibility of these layers actually increases their naturalness. While it makes the design look flawed, it also increases the feeling of naturalness in the user.
