Conversion Onboarding

After a user subscribes to Sole Retriever, we walk them through an initial setup that will largely be untouched afterwards. This onboarding flow serves 2 purposes. The first is that this ensures users get their ideal app experience; it's highly customizable, and we offer suggested settings based on their region. The second is that they get familiarized with all of the great Sole Retriever features: push notifications for breaking sneaker news, a real-time sneaker restock feed, alerts for raffles globally, form autofill to speed up raffle entry, and AutoCart to instantly add to cart their chosen sizes.
Our previous onboarding was a carousel on Intercom and we simply automatically configured users with what we deemed "the best setup." The downside of this approach was that it did little to teach people how to use the product, and it was often dismissed.
