Raising Awareness

Over two million children under the age of 15 experience accidents in and around the home every year, more than 4,200 children are involved in falls on the stairs and 4,000 children under the age of 15 are injured falling from windows each year. Around 25,000 under-fives attend A&E departments each year after being accidentally poisoned, and an average of 13 children under the age of four suffer a severe injury from a burn or a scald each day. 

I used innovative illustrated print, web and social media infographics aided families with the knowledge to protect their children from harm in the home, as well as supporting them with preventative items such as roller blind clips and plug socket covers to reduce the risk of danger.
