TimedCommunity for Whatsapp
Problem
On WhatsApp, many groups are created for short-term plans, but after a while, they become inactive and are left unused. Some users may find it challenging to leave these groups for some social and special reasons. As a result, millions of users end up with inactive groups cluttering the bottom of their chat windows.
Solution
With TimedCommunity, when creating a community, Whatsapp users can set its type as "Timed" or "Timeless" from the "Community Type" option. In timed communities, the community type is limited by selecting options such as hours, days, and months.
In timed communities, the animated community avatar provides sequential feedback indicating that the community is temporary. With the countdown indicator, that shows how much time is left until the community inactive.
Users can change time settings in the Timed Communities as Timeless. Adding time option is also available if users need more.
