Defining who are our bankers
One of the biggest rabbit holes we used to go down into is that within a large corporate, with multiple teams, we can all see them as working in silos and using different processes in how they serve customers with products or services. It was crucial for us to define, who are our bankers at a macro level in order to lift up our thinking and come to the realization that all titles and various business groups can feed into the following 3 areas:
