How I helped ALTI improve efficiency and productivity in enterprise operations when critical data is scattered across various systems.

Problem

ALTI, faced challenges in managing their expanding operations efficiently. They lacked integration and a comprehensive solution, leading to inefficiencies and communication gaps. At the same time, market applications appear to be too complex for the procurement department.

Solution

The solution was a cloud-based SaaS model Proposal Management Tool Suite that integrated project management, business process management, HR management, documentation storage, and reporting.

Impact

The tool suite improved coordination, reduced communication gaps, and increased productivity by implementing collaborative features, task assignment, notifications, and real-time updates. Inefficient processes were identified and eliminated, reducing costs and automating repetitive tasks.
