Brochure design | Apartment complex «Skyline»

The client asked me to decide what the design would be.

We started with the creation logotype for the residential complex. Then the client provided a visualisation of the residential complex, but the images were not eye-catching. So I decided to involve in the project 3d-designer who made eye-catching visualisation. Also, I asked the copywriter to create good texts.

The client was excited about the result. He has shown the brochure on a presentation in a bank and received additional funding for the project.
