UX/UI CASE STUDY-DAYAN AFFILIATE
Problem Statement
Dayan Affiliate System users struggle to download product banners for their advertising campaigns. The web management dashboard is not mobile-friendly and has other sections that affiliates rarely use, making it difficult to find and download banners. Additionally, the Telegram bot for downloading banners can be unreliable for users with poor internet connections.
Goals
The product design team's primary goal in this project was to develop a mobile app that makes it easier for affiliates to access product banners. Stakeholders agreed that this was the most important goal, as it would allow affiliates to view and download banners by selecting various options. Additionally, based on analysis, the team found that it was important for affiliates to have quick access to their commission amounts and order statistics.

The first step in defining the problem was to understand the needs of users and stakeholders. We did this by collecting data to discover insights.

After collecting the information, we created empathy and user journey maps to identify user problems.

To summarize the findings and align with stakeholders, we designed a low-fidelity wireframe to enter the design phase after receiving feedback.
