Olivet - Website Redesign, Events Calendar

Olivet has a variety of event types on their website that we needed to account for. They have regular one-off events, which might be a fairly typical/familiar approach for most people. Olivet also has a robust athletics schedule, with a variety of games & matches & meets taking place on specific days... because of this, we didn't want the entire Events calendar landing page to be oversaturated with Athletics, so we devised a visual system that cleanly pulls in API data for all the athletic events for each day, and outputs that info in basically one "event card".

There's a 3rd type of event type that doesn't require an event detail, it's merely a milestone indicator, like "Winter Break" or "Summer Break"... it's just an image card with no click-through.
