At Eastward Bound, we recently completed a brand overhaul, website redesign and product design engagement for fitness platform RWL, led by influencers Lucy Mecklenburgh and Frankie Bridge.

Their existing app was struggling with usability, leading to poor user activation and retention. Identifying the lack of hand-holding the app was offering and the over-complicated community features as key issues, we redesigned the app to provide a completely customised fitness and nutrition plan to users and guide them through it, as well as connecting them to other users and groups.
