Ebay Redesign

I tried to redesign Ebay because the current one is so messy for me. But I have realised after finish is what I can do is just make it cleaner.

I want to make it all new but I am not pro of ux so I will appreciate if you want to critic or give me some idea or trick for redesign, please feel free to comment :)
