Scaling Design Systems - Case Study

The Challenge

The challenge for the Dribbble Scaling Design System capstone project was to create three home pages for a brand called INTPS along with an accompanying design system.

Ideate

I used Figma, ChatGPT, and the Pexels plugin in Figma to create some ideas of what I wanted the INTPS pages to look like. I also drew inspiration from vintage space posters.

✨The Redesign✨

For the second part of this challenge, we were asked to redesign these three homepages and update the associated design system.

Empathize

I first wanted to understand how users might feel about a potential redesign, and I will keep their needs and preferences in mind as I make changes and updates.

Prototype

As I start to think about the final prototype, I first took a look at all my components from the initial design and updated each one based on the new assets. I also made a few improvements to the size of the buttons and added variations to the cards.
