Annual Report Concept

The project's goal was to create a concept for a modern, corporate annual report that would showcase my abilities in brand identity design, layout design, image editing, vector graphics, infographics, and data visualization.

The report was created using Adobe InDesign, with the images created in Adobe Photoshop and the vector graphics like the icons in Adobe Illustrator. I approached it as a real project, starting from creating the branding of a company with a modern, yet subdued and professional color palette. I selected two contrasting fonts - Roboto Slab and Montserrat - because they complement each other, creating tension and balance on the page. I used a grid to lay out all the elements, making sure to always balance both individual pages and spreads. Overall, I concentrated on presenting multiple solutions for common data types found in annual reports.

In addition to showcasing my abilities in this field, the process helped me establish my process and best practices for future work of this type. It also allowed me to explore different approaches, styles, and layouts freely which was a thoroughly enjoyable process.
