As a dedicated designer at Design Dimensions, I had the extraordinary privilege of collaborating with Diageo Ponda, the renowned distillery located in the beautiful coastal state of Goa. This project offered me the opportunity to showcase my skills and expertise in proposing a comprehensive renovation plan for their esteemed facility. Design Concept: The design concept for the distillery renovation at Diageo Ponda was centered around the idea of preserving the distillery's rich heritage while infusing it with modern elements to enhance operational efficiency and visitor experience. The objective was to create a space that not only reflected the brand's commitment to excellence but also celebrated its Goan identity.
Enhanced Operational Flow: One of the primary considerations in the renovation plan was optimizing the operational flow within the distillery. Through careful analysis and consultations with the Diageo team, we reimagined the layout to ensure a streamlined and efficient production process. This involved repositioning equipment, updating infrastructure, and implementing state-of-the-art technology to improve productivity while adhering to industry standards.
Visitor Experience: To provide visitors with an immersive and engaging experience, we conceptualized a dedicated visitor center within the distillery.
