We have developed a fitness mobile app that focuses on improving body health through habit formation and daily exercise. In this app, users have the option to compete with friends in specific exercises. They can choose from a variety of training types each day or opt for a predefined course. To enhance engagement, users can track their progress through scores and aim to be in the top leadership position. Additionally, an online shop is available where users can redeem their scores for branded products or author-led courses
