Gusto — Time Kiosk (Tablet) II

Sharing a design concept I did for Gusto’s time clock kiosk. The Gusto's Time Kiosk feature was designed for both security and simplicity, striking a harmonious balance that empowers employees to track their hours fast and easy while ensuring stringent data protection and compliance measures are in place.

Verifying employee identity

Employees will be required to enter 4-digit PIN to verify their identity before clocking in and out. PIN error handling scenarios were also part of building a secure kiosk application.

Time Kiosk for time tracking

With Gusto's Time Kiosk feature, admins can turn any company device that's connected to the internet into a central station for employees to clock in and out, track their time, and take breaks. All employees assigned to time tracking will automatically show up on the kiosk once the device has been activated.
