Gogaille - reservation platform
Gogaille is a new generation room reservation platform offering accommodation services but also activities and catering in rural areas.. They offer a reception-less service allowing travelers to access rooms solely via their mobile.
Context
Gogaille was experiencing user loss and misunderstanding on different flows. The mission was to review these different UX flows to reduce user misunderstandings and improve the experience.

Design of the low definition (lo-fi) - UX mockups (mobile, marketplace)
Design of high definition (hi-fi) mock-ups - Desktop & Mobile UI (mobile, marketplace)
Delivery of the well-structured Figma file with guidelines for the development team.
