Logo Design for Dietitian Nur Buğa

🤎 In this logo design, where we combine the letters N and B, surrounding these letters and using laurel tree leaves resembling a crown; It symbolizes an integrity that comes from the combination of love, victory and nature.

🧝‍♀️ The laurel we use in our logo; It has been one of the most used symbols in mythology. The laurel tree, which is accepted as the tree of life because it is green for four seasons, is described as a symbol of immortality in some sources.

🌅 In antiquity, laurel was a favorite tree of the Sun God Apollo. According to the story, Apollo fell in love with Daphne, the fairy girl of the Penios River. However, Daphne, who has taken a vow of virginity, does not reciprocate Apollo's feelings and starts to run away from him. A chase ensues between the two and Daphne, realizing that she can no longer escape, asks for help from her father Peneios, the river god, saying, "If your rivers have divine power, destroy the beauty that has wounded me or change the body that has destroyed my life." ⚡️🏛️

🌿 Just when Apollo grabs Daphne and hugs her, Peneios turns Daphne into a laurel tree. Apollo, who encountered a tree in his arms, swears that he will not forget Daphne with his disappointment and says, "From now on, my tree is the laurel tree, and those who win in wars should wear wreaths of the leaves of this tree on their heads. Let our names be mentioned side by side in songs and poems" and with the leaves and branches he plucked from the tree, he made himself a crown that he never took off his head.

☀️ Thus, the laurel tree, which we also use in our logo, has become a symbol of love, loyalty, victory and nature. 🌅
