Using Procreate I recently started a new visual representation where I mixed two different creative disciplines: photography and illustration to achieve a new way of communicating through imagery.

After choosing the ideal photography for my piece, I start by lowering the photo's opacity and proceed with sketching the elements I want to design.
.
I wanted to create a water flow in the woman's hair in this particular image.
Almost like a splash effect.
.
Then I finish by illustrating the whole body with a visual clothing element to give more depth and details to the design.
