Editor - a working tool of the developer's manager.
A commercial proposal is sent to potential buyers; it contains all the details about the premises, the building, the residential complex, commercial terms, promotions, options, associated spaces such as parking or storage, contacts of the developer's manager and sales department, and information about the developer itself.
Users can obtain the commercial proposal on their own by downloading it from the premises page
Editor interface
At the top, you'll find the title, save buttons, preview of the result, and reset option.
On the left panel, there are blocks for containers and content. The content is dynamically generated based on the data and characteristics of the premises to which a specific commercial proposal relates.
On the right panel, you can find settings for the selected block.
In the center, there is a sheet where containers and content are placed.
Modular grid and containers
The sheet is divided into 12 columns. Containers are placed on the page and adjust to the modular grid according to their structure:
A large block takes up all 12 columns.
A double block takes 6 columns each (6 and 6), or 8 and 4 columns, or 9 and 3 columns.
A triple block takes 4 columns.
A quadruple block takes 3 columns.
Filling containers and configuring content blocks
The content adapts to the container in which it is placed. At the bottom, there is space left under the placed content block, where you can add other content blocks. Adjacent blocks in the same line (left and right) adjust to the size of the filled container, informing the user about the future occupied space on the sheet.
When placing a content block, its configuration opens in the right panel.
The 'General' block contains content for free filling: texts, borders, images, and QR codes that can include links to premises, personal accounts, or the developer's websites.
Contacts
In the 'Contacts' block, content is placed that pulls variables, such as an address or phone number, from the developer's personal account, while also allowing the user to freely add similar information, for example, to add another email address
About object
In the 'About the Property' block, content is placed that can only be pulled from the personal account and is filled out individually for each separate premises
For both the manager and the potential buyer, the commercial proposal is exported in PDF format
