Redesigning Steam: Storefront Hover

So here's one of my problems with Steam's storefront; absolutely NOTHING on the front page incites the buyer to actually make a purchase. The current mouseover gives you no real information.

The solution? Actually address real questions that affect the buyer. Do I have enough space on my HDD? How long is it going to take to download? Can my computer actually run it? These are the real questions that actually affect impulse purchases.
