Animated Channel Switching

I have always found switching channels on a TV to be annoying, because each new show just appears on top of the old one. Here is a solution which aligns with the idea of spacial UI design. This animation also enforces the idea of up and down arrows to change channels. Lastly, with touch-based remotes scrubbing through channels at slower or faster speeds will visually make sense with this method.
