Contact page/Footer page design

Hey guys,

I'm ecstatic to show you guys the contact page/footer page of my portfolio website, which is currently under development.

I wanted the final Call to Action to serve it's purpose by being simple & on to the point, literally. I'm open to feedback. Let me know what you guys think of this.
