At the outset of my project, I conducted a thorough analysis of the underlying objectives to establish a clear understanding of our desired outcomes.
To document my assumptions about the project, I utilized Jeff Gothelf’s assumption sheets. This approach enabled me to identify and address any potential risks or challenges early on in the project.
As a freelance project, key elements such as the business model, target audience, purpose, and target geographical area were predefined. I invested significant time collaborating with the client to comprehend their business model and gather essential insights to design the project successfully.
