Offroadcode homepage idea

Working on some rough initial ideas for the upcoming Offroadcode redesign.

I'd really like to try and take the site in more of a magazine design direction and break up the grid and rows layout a little and also work on simplifying the typography (using Work Sans here).

My aim generally will be to make sure each page has a single core message and purpose. The homepage is a little different as we want to try and communicate that we do a few things well - Umbraco dev, design work and general front end/production all backed by good principles (don't we all right ..?).
