This new text analysis view for Listen360 helps users better understand themes and trends in their customer feedback. Each circle in the chart represents the comments about a theme for a specific period—with the size indicating how often it's mentioned and the color indicating satisfaction with that theme.

Users can now easily find problem areas represented as large orange or red circles and areas of excellence shown as large green circles. In addition, catching negative trends before they become a problem is easier as they appear as circles trending yellow or orange in recent months.
