GreenZen is a concept company that provides it's customers with proper installation of greenery at their doorstep at regulated costs. To sum up our work in simpler terms, we personally set up our customers their own nursery or garden the way they like it

Problem

Generally many individuals like plants but not all are able to set up and so with that in mind the idea of this business has evolved that our customer need not fret a finger to set up anything but just need to use their e-device.

Solution

One stop solution for buying plants to set up indoor or hire our professionals who would set up things the way you want. We always believe and follow one thing at GreenZen, which is one should not be deprived of their satisfaction and nature because of factors like lock of time, resources or knowledge.

Market & User Understanding.

Here we try to understand what our user requires, what the market standing is and how the demographic working is. It is very essential to research your work and its environment, as that could give you a whole sense of plan and provide you with user journey.

Competitive Analysis

As a company and product, one should always have an eye on the rearview mirror overlooking the competitors. In this scenario, it is was very much difficult to understand the competition because there is no such dedicated product for the business but rather branched off onto various channels and third party e-commerce sites like Amazon, Flipkart or others.

So a basic competitive analysis understanding the local market has been conducted and a SWOT analysis has been made to understand the business models.

Final Designs

After wireframing and taking notes of necessary changes, high fidelity designs were formed and with all necessary changes, additional effects and the whole game.

Learnings - Outcome!!!

This case study provided me with a lot of learnings and helped me improve my skills and knowledge of Figma.

1. This is the first complete case study where I have used variables. I learnt about it from YouTube and other videos and understood about their importance.

2. I tried to understand the research part of the project more and had done quite a good amount of research about the products and how things work like understanding the market, competition, user thinking and journey. I am not saying everything is right but sure has my effort in it!!!

3. Also, this is a design case study that I have based on a business plan that I had to create as a college project and therefore I have used that as my inspiration and of course the Dribbble and Figma community.
