ASIAN MENTAL HEALTH POSTER

This project was a PSA poster about mental health which is a serious issue impacting the world more than ever, 1 in 4 adults will experience some sort of mental disorders directly or indirectly in their lifetime, and there is still so much stigma which prevent people from seeking help. Suicide prevention and fighting stigma around mental illness is something I personally am passionate about.

Getting the right help and grasping how to navigate managing life and illness is a life long journey, and specifically for the Asian American community and I wanted to create a strong visual using black and white portraits and juxtaposed with bold typography with the messages .
