Onboarding - Movistar
User Onboarding is the process of increasing the likelihood that new users become successful when adopting your product. This design was implemented in "Atención al Cliente" The " onboarding " introduces the user to walk through the web , so that the new changes and functions performed suit .
This design was implemented in the Customer Care section of the website of Movistar, when it was redesigned for greater understanding and use.
El "User Onboarding" introduce al usuario a un paseo por la web, para que se adapte a los nuevos cambios y funciones realizadas.
