Scope: Sales Brochure

Goals: The primary goal was to generate awareness of the development and to drive the sales of condo units. A secondary objective was to create a more comprehensive brand identity system and a basis for all future marketing materials.

Challenges: This community had not yet broken ground on construction at the time of this project. Additionally, it was the first of this type of community for the developer, so there was no photography of this or a comparable community available for use. This lack of imagery posed a challenge, creating a need to spruce up architectural renderings and find appropriate stock photography that fit the needs of a luxury real estate development.

The Strand is a luxury waterfront community in Sarasota, FL selling new construction condos. This sales brochure is the first design piece produced after the initial naming and logo design process. The Strand's new brand assets combine to establish the brand identity in this brochure design.
