What A Goal !(Youtube Art)

I was asked by a Youtuber to make a "goal" Celebration image, I wanted to go with a cartoon-y look but its my first attempt at trying this sort of thing.

If anyone has any tips or video on how to improve my skills please let me know, I'm trying to learn as much.
