Project Overview: Sally Beauty, a leading beauty supply retailer with over 5,000 locations in the US, wanted to improve their revenue and customer satisfaction. They knew integrating BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In-Store) into their business model could achieve both objectives.
Sally Beauty began offering BOPIS through their website and mobile app, allowing customers to place orders online and pick them up in-store or curbside.
Results: After launching BOPIS, Sally Beauty saw a significant improvement in their online sales. BOPIS increased online sales by 12% and NPS by 7%.
