Art for fun

🎨💡 Create Art For Fun 💡🎨As I read through The Artist's Way, I've been really connecting to the guidance that if there's an illustration to make, I have to make it whether it sells or not. This week, I got to take a short trip with my aunts who (independently at different times) asked me about what I was working on and each one kindly gave advice, assuming I could not be happy with where I am. They shared various strategies and insights on who to sell to and what to make. As they are all successful in business, advice was notably only directed to my art and no other aspects of my life for which they only had praise. 😁While it would of course be great to make more money, I reflected on how it's hard to inorganically come up with that many ideas for more profits. I've tried many times to throw just anything up and see what sells but was met with only uninspired junk that drained me and threatened to quiet my inner child altogether. So, as I continue this journey, I'll remember to strike a balance between commercial aspects and art's integrity. I'll let my creativity flow through me and trust that the right audience will appreciate and support my work. 🚀✨Here's to creating more art that moves hearts, inspires joy, and goes beyond mere transactions. 🎉🌻
