Product Information Manager website for Tag Heuer

Optimise the data export and management of Tag Heuer watches
 to facilitate coordination with 
sales channels.

🎯 Objective

Redefine the Tag Heuer PIM platform to enhance product
management among various stakeholders:

  • Enhance the display of product data.

  • Reduce time and costs for internal and external data entry.

  • Facilitate interdepartmental cooperation regarding product data.

  • Export data to subsidiaries (via Excel).

  • Provide an overview of missing data for each product.

🚀 Challenges

  • Display the information for each product (product number/name, criteria...)

  • Implement a progress bar for each product to 
visually the missing data.

  • Enable navigation between collections based on different criteria.

  • Facilitate collaboration between internal and external departments 
to address missing/incomplete data using the progress bar.

  • Modernize the platform while respecting the Tag Heuer brand identity.

  • Identify user needs based on a brief provided by the client.
