Optimise the data export and management of Tag Heuer watches to facilitate coordination with sales channels.
🎯 Objective
Redefine the Tag Heuer PIM platform to enhance product management among various stakeholders:
Enhance the display of product data.
Reduce time and costs for internal and external data entry.
Facilitate interdepartmental cooperation regarding product data.
Export data to subsidiaries (via Excel).
Provide an overview of missing data for each product.
🚀 Challenges
Display the information for each product (product number/name, criteria...)
Implement a progress bar for each product to visually the missing data.
Enable navigation between collections based on different criteria.
Facilitate collaboration between internal and external departments to address missing/incomplete data using the progress bar.
Modernize the platform while respecting the Tag Heuer brand identity.
