Mindarie Regional Council Website
Goal
The main goal of the website is to inform users of information that usually generates phone calls or emails to the office. 90% of these contacts are related to fees, charges, services and also operating hours.
The users were looking for a fresh, clean and easy-to-navigate new website to have a refreshed impression of the facility that is working towards innovation in the area of waste management.
The Mindarie Regional Council is one of Western Australia’s largest waste management authorities assisting its member councils, mainly situated in Perth’s northern corridor, deal with their waste. The MRC recognises that waste does have a value as a resource and is committed to managing waste in line with the waste hierarchy and in a way sensitive to the environment and future generations.
