Logo Design for Synchronized Workforce

A logo I designed for a consulting company that works with Human Resources and IT teams.

Initially the client was thinking of some sort of sync icon for the logomark, but after presenting them with my concepts they decided to go with this design, since it's unique and conveys the nature of their business well.
