The goal

To provide more transparency and relevant information whenever a Shopper is

faced with the decision to accept or reject any order while increasing the

acceptance rate and reducing the order assignation time.

Product priorities

1) Transparency

Shoppers want to know more information about the orders, and this means: how much they will earn, what the effort will be, and the details about the pickup and dropoff locations.

2) Relevant information

Shoppers are constantly on the go, so they have to see the relevant information they need at the right time and in the right way.

3) Accepted right away

Order offers must always be alerted, easy to understand, and easy to accept on the go.
