World Food Programme Dashboard
The context
Design platform for the World Food Programme, international agency for their Digital Transformation process. The WSS (WFP self-service) is a platform that aim to digitalize all the HR requests of the agency employees.
The challenge
By studying employees' current habits of filling in and using paper forms and bringing them into digital. In this way, I led the change, delivering a digital transformation with less impact on people's habits. In order to do so, I had to conduct a User Research and collect a deep understanding of the users' needs.
The solution
In collaboration with a UI designer and the Software Engineers team, I delivered a new platform with intuitive navigation and Architecture information. In addition, we created a design system that allows the internal team to be completely autonomous in adding new forms to the platform.
