The challenge
The Multi Intelligence Center (MIC) wanted to create a system that would mobilize citizens with the necessary skills to respond effectively in the event of an incident. The goal was to improve emergency response efficiency by bringing together professionals and citizen responders to address emergencies and crises under the themes of prepare, respond, and recover.
Research
By thoroughly analyzing the problem, understanding MIC's objectives and applying the principles of biomimicry, we gained valuable insights into the needs of both the client and the users. Using design guidelines, we were able to effectively meet these needs. By conducting multiple iterations, experimenting with different concepts and prototypes, we eventually arrived at the final product that exists today.
