GoCo Reports allows HR teams to gain meaningful insights into their team's data.

I helped define the design, specs and product strategy behind the Reports app.

The best part of Reports is that it allowed HR teams to define their custom data fields and workflows and then build visualizations on top of that data. This flexibility allowed Reports to unlock unique insights for those companies that pre-made Reports could not achieve.

Key feature areas include:

  • Define data sources and fields

  • Filter, Sort, Group the data

  • Aggregations (Sums, Counts, Averages, Min, Max)

  • Build Visualizations (Pie Charts, Donut Charts, Line Graphs, Bar Charts, Metric Charts)

  • Data Exports
