A New Quest For Paul Cover

Wanted to create a visual metaphor for the apostle Paul's conversion on this cover. Essentially, Paul prided himself on obeying the Torah to the T. After his encounter with Christ on the road to Damascus, Paul learned how doomed he was living beholden to the law, which only condemns. From that experience, he understood what it meant to walk by 'the Spirit' as opposed to 'the Letter'. Here the dove (representing Paul's new walk with the Spirit) is contemplating flight & freedom out of a Torah (representing the Letter or Law) shaped window. Published by 1517 Publishing.
