Crafting a Brand for an Auto Rental Shop: A Journey (UI/UX)2023
Welcome to a behind-the-scenes look at the process of crafting a brand for an auto repair and rental shop. In this presentation, I'll take you through the steps I undertook to help an entrepreneur bring their vision to life. From logo design to the launch of a website, each stage of this project was meticulously thought out, with the client's needs in mind. Join me on my journey through the world of design and user experience that led to the creation of an incredible automotive branding workshop!
Client Interview and Analysis
I initiated the project by conducting a comprehensive interview with the client. This allowed me to gain insights into their goals, preferences, and vision.
I went further by performing a thorough business analysis, which included a market study and competitive landscape assessment.
Based on the collected data, I created a detailed business plan outlining the project's scope, goals, and strategies.
Logo Design
Building upon the information gathered from the client, I embarked on crafting a unique and impactful logo.
I took the client's preferences into account, focusing on creating a logo that represented the essence and identity of the brand.
Business Cards and Flyers
Following the logo design, I translated the brand identity into tangible assets.
I created appealing business card and flyer designs, ensuring they reflected the brand's style and conveyed the services offered.
Website
To establish an online presence, I conducted another interview with the client, delving into the specifics of their services and target audience.
I also conducted in-depth user research, which included creating empathy maps and mapping out user journeys.
With this information, I designed a website tailored to the client's needs and user expectations.
Paper Prototype
As a critical step in the design process, I constructed a paper prototype.
Collaborating with stakeholders and using feedback from my assistant, I refined this prototype to ensure it met user needs and expectations.
Hi-Fi Prototype in Figma
Building upon the paper prototype, I transitioned to creating a high-fidelity prototype using Figma.
I incorporated product images, created custom graphics, and drafted website content for a polished user experience.
Website Development and Launch
With the final design in hand, I proceeded to develop the website using the WordPress platform.
The site was thoroughly tested to ensure optimal performance and user-friendliness.
Once all was ready, the website was launched and made accessible to the public.
