A foot in the door

Pizza Hut had recently gone through a minor digital refresh, seeking a cleaner, brighter look. As a part of that effort, I led an experience team to explore

the home page and discover ways to position Pizza Hut as a digital delivery company, which happens to deliver the hottest pizza. We landed on two directions: one commerce, one exploratory. With the client’s help, we used them as dials to find the right balance between service and brand.

The success of the homepage explorations gave Isobar the opportunity to strengthen its partnership and play with more experimental concepts: delivery trackers, locationless delivery, augmented reality, and Instagram campaigns.
