Adapting to changes in posture

Moving into Detail Design meant defining the different postures a National customer takes when interacting with the experience. It may be simply making a reservation as quickly as possible, or taking the time to explore their destination city. We adapted to these different postures with content, level of detail, and visual treatment to signal to the user which of the two postures they are interacting with. By defining these treatments, we were able to develop responsive components in unison with the layouts of the content.
