For this shot, I decided to illustrate one of my favorite places I've ever had the privilege of visiting. Last summer out of all the cities I visited, Istanbul stuck out the most. It was amazing to see the blend of all the cultures and how a city that is so modern was built on top of one of the oldest cities in the world and were able to keep a lot of the historic architecture. I really wanted to capture all the colors that you see in the tile work of these palaces and mosques. And lastly, the people of Istanbul are some of the most welcoming people I've ever met. Can't wait to go back someday.
